Salon Policies

Please Read Carefully 

Cancellation policy

A cancellation policy with a 24-hour notice for salon appointments means that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must provide at least 24 hours notice. If a client fails to give the salon sufficient notice you will be charged the cancelation fee of 25% of the service/services scheduled.

Booking policy

In order to secure a client appointment balance must be paid in full upon receipt. Once payment has been received and cleared client will be scheduled an appointment.

Refund policy

In the event a client requests a refund for a prepaid service/services a refund will be issued minus 25% for credit card processing and scheduling fees.

No-show policy

If a client fails to show up for their appointment without sufficient notice, they will be charged 50% of the service/services cost. This is in addition to the cancelation policy, 50% + 25%.
In order to reschedule an appointment, the booking policy will apply.
